Project Finance Analyst

                                                 Junior Project Finance Analyst (Full-time, Athens, Greece)

The ideal employee is tasked with the structuring of the financing around the project's own operating cash flow and assets. He/She supports the Cost Controller and Project Managers by producing indicators and analysis to assess and monitor the project performance.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing in full alignment with the Cost Controller the budget for the whole project’s life cycle
• Overseeing the projects’ budget in accordance with the Budget policy
• Preparing reports and presenting analysis on actual project costs and revenues to the different stakeholders (Project Team, Management Team, Executives) compared to budgeted and analyze deviations
• Following-up with construction PMs the progress of projects towards the timelines, requirements, studying the effect of actuals on direct and indirect expenses and updating project budget/balances
• Cooperating with the construction team, to support the cost controlling procedures
• Providing strategic recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance profitability

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, Management or another related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Construction or Project Management or Finance/Controlling Department, ideally in infrastructure projects
• Excellent Command of the English language
• Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with an outcome-oriented focus and conceptual thinking
• Team Player skills
• Organizational and Communication skills
• Ability to perform in a multitasking & fluid environment
• Very good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
