Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, HSBC Continental Europe, Greece, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Corporate Actions Officer, Security Services Department
Job description
• Collection, processing, monitoring of all corporate actions for securities held custody, ensuring minimal service issues and risk minimization
• Protecting all entitlements and maintaining portfolios for clients of HSBC
• Execution of income payments (domestic and foreign bonds)
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Candidate profile
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
• Understanding Greek & Global markets operations with regard to corporate actions processing. Knowledge of their policies & regulations is a plus
• Knowledge of 3rd party systems (Bank of Greece, Central Securities Depository, Dematerialized Securities System, International Central Securities Depositories) would be considered an asset.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language.
• Extensive experience of MS-Office (MS Excel, Word and Power Point).
• Efficient time management, self-organizing, flexible and positive team player
• Employment: 6 months with possibility to extend / initial contract: 2 months
