ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client, a multinational corporation which provides business process outsourcing services, is searching for Greek Customer Service Advisors based in Romania.

Job Description
The job holder will be responsible for handling Customers’ enquiries and requests, efficiently and effectively, processing the enquiries, doing the data input through a CRM and report any complex issues to the team’s Supervisors. Overall, the successful candidate will be required to provide top quality customer service skills.

• Ability to communicate (both orally and written) in GREEK at a native level.
• Develop and maintain complete technical knowledge of products and services.
• Study manuals and other resources to advise the customer with the right choices and solutions.
• Good knowledge of English will be considered as an asset.
• Experience in customer service.
• Very good organizational skills.
• Basic technical knowledge and good perception of use in mobile devices and products as well as household appliances.
• Knowing the use of MS Word / Excel programs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain calm under every situation.
• Ability to work on a personal initiative and under pressure to meet objectives with specific deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to the work environment and processes that are constantly changing.
