Food and Beverage Manager

Resort: Sani Resort
Location: Halkidiki, Greece
Contract: Full Time /Permanent

Your main responsibilities

• Hire, manage and supervise all food and beverage team members according to company policies and procedures.
• Oversees the function of all Food and Beverage team members, facilities and costs to ensure maximum profit achieved
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef for the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage items to always ensure the highest quality
• Always strive towards an exceptional guest experience
• Process guest complaints according to company policies and procedures
• Maintains a consistent focus on cleanliness throughout all areas
• Prepare relative reports and schedules to ensure budgets are met while quality is maintained and improved
• Design and implement operational policies as required
• Being aware of trends and practices in F&B preparation and services in the hotel and restaurant field

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing food and beverage or similar role
• Customer oriented approach
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent command of the English language; a second language (Russian, German or French) would be considered an asset
