Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational engineering company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Accounts Payable Clerk (Fixed Term  Contract)

Job Description
•    Processes accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
•    Handling, scanning and booking of incoming invoices for several companies in Greece 
•    Addresses and respond to vendor inquiries
•    Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
•    Performs data entry associated with accounts payable
•    Planning and updating travel expenses data in SAP, including credit cards


Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile
• At least two (2) years of working experience with accounts payable or general accounting
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Advanced use of English language (both oral and written)
• Knowledge and hands on experience in using SAP systems
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
• Familiarity with calculating and managing accounting and financial reports
• Strong time management and organizational skills
