Cafe Bar Manager

For our client, a popular chain of Cafes in Dublin, Ireland, we are looking for a Café bar Manager.

• The ideal candidate will have one year of work experience in the hospitality business as an assistant bar manager or a bar manager in a coffee shop, bar, restaurant, or a hotel
• Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation
• Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills
• Advanced level of English is required

• Permanent, full-time position
• Start: November/December 2022
• If moving to Ireland from abroad, you will be provided with one month of free accommodation. After that, you will be paying 100 € per week for a room shared with one more person (utilities included)
• Salary after tax in Ireland for this (assistant) bar manager role will be 2.080 € to 2.200€ net per month (29.120 € to 31.200 € gross; before tax, per year) on 40 hours per week
• Salary is paid weekly
• Your duties will be: overseeing all aspects of a café's operations, hiring and scheduling staff, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with the vendors
