As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing personalized, high-quality service from the moment they arrive until their departure. Your role will be essential in creating memorable experiences, anticipating guest needs, and addressing any issues that may arise, ensuring that every guest feels valued and well-cared for. You will collaborate closely with various hotel departments to exceed guest expectations and uphold the luxury standards that Conrad Athens The Ilisian represents.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests with a warm, welcoming approach, ensuring a smooth and personalized arrival experience.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, services, special promotions, and local happenings to offer relevant recommendations.
- Collect and monitor guest feedback throughout the stay and post-departure to support continuous service improvement.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of guest requests and preferences.
- Assist in organizing special guest experiences and VIP services, ensuring attention to detail and high guest satisfaction.
- Compile and manage reports on guest satisfaction trends, helping identify areas for enhancement and training opportunities.
- Ensure all interactions reflect the Conrad brand identity: Confident, Contemporary, and Cultured.
- Assist with daily guest arrival reports, LQA readiness checks, and feedback tracking.
- Support the Guest Relations Manager with tasks related to VIP programs, Hilton Honors engagement, and internal communication.
- Update and maintain guest profiles in Opera PMS and Hilton systems to ensure recognition and personalization.
