F&B Controller (Ref: IAR/FBC023)

Job Information:

Resort: Ikos Aria
Location: Kos, Greece
Contract: Full Time / Permanent

Your main responsibilities:

• Review costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and take corrective action where required
• Actively seeking ways to improve the hotel spending and cost controls, agree and implement any resulting actions
• Conduct stock and goods received checks
• Reconcile micros sales with outlet orders to secure maximum accuracy
• Monitor the wastage of each outlet
• Produce on-demand food & beverage control-related reports/recommendations
• Support the chefs to ensure all menu recipes and buffets are accurately costed
• Lead the month-end stock-taking for all outlets in the hotel
• Food & Beverage Costing: working to optimize F&B menus and COS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant studies desirable
• Previous experience in a similar or administrative position
• Knowledge of MS Office – Excel
• Knowledge of ERP or Entersoft specifically is desirable
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and attention to detail
