Claims Specialist (Ref. code 5116/CS/ESS/GR)
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all claims regarding small - medium size corporate portfolio
• Administers and co-ordinates claims settlements
• Informs clients about the progress of the claims
• Provides insurers with all documentation and information necessary for the settlement of claims
• Ensures that clients submit all relevant information and paperwork
• Keeps an updated record of the progress of all claims until their settlement
