Assistant Accountant
Job Description
• Generate the accounting entries & owns invoice processing, follow-up on missing invoices, executes record retention related to intercompany invoices for services and products
• Owns and executes AR and AP account reconciliation & payments
• Registering accounting documents/invoices
• Balance agreements / Banks
• Collaborate with Financial Manager and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks
• Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions
• Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders
• Order Handling (check order validity and collect additional info if required; order goods; Organize deliveries, Delivery notes - invoicing)
• Communication with clients to arrange payments, deliveries of goods
• Internal Order Handling of SPs/Demo material for Sales & Service Dpts
• Manage warehouse books, perform monthly reconciliation
• Inventory Control
