Operations Officer - Thessaloniki

Cretan Holidays S.A., one of the largest and most innovative DMC in Greece, is currently seeking to recruit employees for the position of Operations Officer, Season 2026

Job description:

• Prepare and operate Transfer & Excursion services
• Support the Reps on Excursion Sales and look after new Excursion Opportunities
• Make weekly liquidation with Reps
• Communicate with suppliers daily and build a qualitative relationship with them
• Acting as Airport assistant, ensuring the comfortable & on-time arrival and departure of Cretan Holidays guests
• Secure the efficiency of the operational services

What we look for:

• Work experience of minimum 2 years at related position
• Bachelor degree
• Computer literacy on MS-Office
• Fluency in English. German or French language is an asset.
• Customer service attitude
• Team worker
• Communication skills
• Driving license holder
• Residence in Thessaloniki (accommodation is not provided by our company).

Work place:

• Branch office in Thessaloniki
