To maintain existing accounts and find ways to create further business growth. Moreover, to implement new practices in Sales & Marketing, to grow revenue and maximize opportunities.
Job Description
- Head of the Marketing Department.
- Lead the team to drive total hotel revenue and take responsibility for the achievement of budgeted revenue streams.
- Design and implementation of an annual marketing strategy.
- Proactively position the hotel as a business leader in the community.
- Ensure understanding of the competitive landscape, local and feeder market dynamics, and changing customer needs to ensure property success.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Responsible for coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet guests' needs.
- Responsible for all communication channels.
- Competition monitoring.
- Suggestions for developing a corporate brand.
- Prepare and send reports to the Sales Manager and participate in tactical meetings.
- Ensure Sales & Marketing meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with agencies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Sends press releases to online media, and TV channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English.
