Περιγραφή

Reports to: Project Officer
Duties and tasks:
  • Performs the info-sessions with the support of the Outreach Integration Officer, in the Hotels, Open Accommodation Centers and Integration Learning Centers
  • Assists in the implementation of any activity connected to the project at hand where liaison with beneficiaries is concerned.
  • Facilitates upon request, the lease negotiations as well as any other legal and bureaucratic procedures associated with housing
  • Contributes to the creation of information material and the translation of relevant documentation
  • Provides feedback to and recommendations on interactions with beneficiaries.
  • Commits to the implementation of activities as per scheduling provided by the Cultural Mediators Team Leader
  • Translates and mediates between the beneficiaries and other project staff
  • Supports in the registration and welcoming of beneficiaries.
  • Provides feedback to and recommendations on interactions with beneficiaries
Reporting Requirements:
As per main duties outlined above the Cultural Mediator will:
  • Attend weekly/biweekly meetings
  • Attend General Meetings
The Cultural Mediator should be copied in relation to:
- General Team issues
- General sector issues

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Required Foreign Language: Strong verbal and written skills in English and / or Greek

• At least one year working experience in a related field; previous working experience with local or international NGOs will be considered as a strong advantage
• University degree will be considered an asset
• Computer skills / strong reporting skills
• High professional ethics
• Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills
