We are looking for a talented Embedded Developer Engineer based in Athens, Greece, to join our engineering team and boost the development of our IoT LPWAN devices.

The responsibilities of the position will be:

• Embedded systems development for IoT applications (LoraWAN, LPWAN, NB-IoT, 5G mMTC)
• Collaboration with engineers on product creation, software, and product testing
• Preparation of technical documentation  

The general requirements are:

• Higher education (BSc/MSc) in electronics
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in embedded systems
• Knowledge of wireless networks will be an advantage
• Experience with LPWAN and LoRaWAN networks will be an advantage
• Familiarity with LoRa, 3GPP, 802.15 standards will be an advantage
• Excellent English level (written, spoken)
• Strong communication and presentation skills The person we're looking for should, preferably, have experiences in/from several of the following: Hardware
• Proficient in embedded systems development
• Proficient in designing and developing PCBs and schematic layouts
• Experience with EDA tools (Altium, Eagle, KiCad, etc.)
• Experience with RF systems, RF modules design and antenna matching/design
• Experience with designing low-power circuits will be an advantage
• Experience with using lab equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum/network analyzer, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with advanced fine pitch components and PC board technologies
• Familiar with EMC requirements • Ability to develop simple test firmware in C or C++ for microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, AVR, STM, TI, etc.)
• Proficient in test and measurement, collecting, recording, and analyzing test results, tune and re-work prototypes
• Experience in production line deployment of any scale will be an advantage Software
• Good knowledge of C/C++ programming languages • Experience with RTOS (Neutrino, Zephyr, RIOT, etc.) and multi-thread development will be an advantage
• Software design skills, with an understanding of good software engineering principles
• Good understanding of one scripting language (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Knowledge or experience with version control system (Git, CVS, SVN, etc.) will be an advantage
• Experience in writing Unit tests will be an advantage • Basic understanding of embedded hardware operation
