An Account Manager will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Increase B2B sales with new clients through phone and skype communication and occasional visits to clients’ offices when needed.
Description of Responsibilities
• Understanding of market and customer needs in order to develop new clientele
• Communication with customers in order to promote Apifon services
• Keep up with market developments and competition
• Responsible for the increase in the number of customers
• Responsible for planning bulk campaigns on customers’ behalf
• Responsible for the completion of all procedures involving a new customer: payments, collect billing information, filling forms (described in the sales procedures)
• Responsible for updating the CRM with all collected information and the negotiations that have been made.
