ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a Greek dermocosmetics and innovative healthcare products company, is in search of an Area Sales Manager.
The job holder will be responsible for the pharmacy network all over Greece, the development and implementation of effective sales strategies, as well as the leading of the sales team members and their guidance, in order to achieve sales targets.
More specifically the suitable candidate will be asked to:
• Prepare and execute yearly and monthly field sales action and activation plans
• Negotiate agreements and establish professional relationships with key personnel in large account companies
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
• Liaise with Marketing and Trade department to ensure brand consistency
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
