Job Responsibilities:
Handling all commercial aspects of daily business in the realization of In-Vivo Healthcare systems projects in our SAP system:
- Be responsible for order setup
- Be accountable for invoicing
- Be responsible for controlling order cost and contract deliverables and liabilities also triggering cash acc to agreed payment terms
- Carry out the procurement of direct material to vendors and timely follow up of deliveries
- Interact with Sales, Project management, Contract manager and Customer service department, for the project phases
