The responsibilities of the Procurement Specialist include:
- Cost monitoring: Monitor inflation/prices and calculate estimated possible financial impact at supplier level
- Selection process, contractual terms, periodic evaluation, PO execution and monitoring
- Document, update and communicate internal processes for the cycles of Supply chain, Procurement and Production
- Support in headquarters facilities management
- Business tools management: car fleet, fuel, tolls, cost monitoring per employee. Manage delivery/receipt for newcomers & leavers
