English Technical Support Agent, who will focus on assisting the company's clientele providing a high quality customer experience & technical support.
What are the responsibilities of an English Technical Support Agent?
- Act as the first point of contact for clients in regards to their technical issues
- Maintain solid customer relationships mainly with clients of the US market by handling questions with speed and professionalism
- Respond and record customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems
- Delight customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations
