ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational manufacturing company in cleaning technology and services, is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager, dedicated to support the Professional Direct Sales department at the HQ in Athens.
The role reports directly to the Director of Professional Direct Sales.
Key objective:
The candidate will be mainly responsible for creating and turning leads and opportunities into sales in the below Target Groups and Industries: Contract Cleaners, Retail (food and non-food), Facility Management, HO.RE.CA and Chemical Manufacturers.
More specifically the role involves:
- Implementing the yearly action plan towards the market approach for the above-mentioned TGs and their sub-categories
- Promoting, leasing and hiring options within the defined Target Market
- Managing detergents and consumable products of the company
- Achieving the territory sales and gross margin targets by means of strategic territory planning, business development and account management
- Delivering sales and gross margin targets, by working closely with Head of TG Sales and KAMs of an Individual Sales Plan, that clearly identifies key strategies and tactics
- Maintaining all sales reporting and customer records, in line with the company’s sales process, using all tools provided (OneView CRM)
- Gathering and organizing data for the major competitors per product family of the area of responsibility
- Providing support to the sales team and internal procedures, collaborating with marketing department in the creation of content for marketing campaigns
- Participating in the company’s academy regarding training programs, both internally and externally
- Acting as a trainer internally to other sales managers, channel sales colleagues and dealers, cooperating with the responsible colleague for trainings
