LMW is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineering Consultant, experienced in sales and support, on behalf of a leading company in aluminium and shading systems industry.
Responsibilities- Support all Architects, Consultants, Engineers to find the best solutions for their projects, depend on their needs
- Visit Architects, Consultants and Engineers offices to connect & support
- Update customers for technical training on the new systems and product upgrades
- Contribute to the sales and profits increase, through in-direct and direct sales practices
- Classify the clientele based on the importance of each client and identify the key accounts
- Escalate to the rest of the commercial team all the information about the projects and the processes
- Train Architects, Consultants & Engineers on company's products
- Provide feedback to Product Managers in order to develop new solutions based on market needs
- Inspect and record the movements of competitors
- Participate in the facilitation of engineers’ visits (key account engineers and affiliate executives) for guided tours, presentations and technical training
- Keep CRM constantly updated with all necessary information
- Prepare and update technical presentations and participate in exhibitions
