Job Brief: As a Travel Designer you will be primarily trained in the sales and operations procedures, efficiently creating impeccable tailor-made luxury trip experiences from start to finish.

Responsibilities (primarily focused but not limited to the below)- Communicate with potential guests to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop a personal relationship with clients to assess their needs, budget, and preferences in order to suggest suitable travel packages.
- Prepare quotations / create travel packages (itinerary creation and revision).
- Organizing travels from beginning to end: book hotels, tours, transfers / issue ferry and air tickets / provide assistance during clients’ trip.
- Provide quality customer service and effectively deal with problems or complaints.
- Enter data into our software and update client and financial files.
