Freelance Recruiter (Remote)

Global Experts IL, an Austria-based recruitment agency, is looking to hire a FREELANCE RECRUITER for a long-term collaboration with the prospect of a permanent hire.

Your tasks:

• Search for, identify and establish first contact with potential candidates in the medical and hospitality spheres
• Organise interviews with the purpose of introducing our company to the candidate and of conducting an initial evaluation
• Maintain follow-up communication with the candidates via email, phone and social media
• Write CVs and application profiles in German
• Keep close contact with our office and give us updates regarding each approved candidate

What we require:

• A very good level of both spoken and written German and English
• A friendly and communicative personality
• Technological literacy
• Previous experience in recruitment/administration/health/hospitality is an advantage but not obligatory
