Ikos Brand Communication Executive (ref: BCEIR19)
The role is based in Athens.
We are looking for a talented marketing executive who is passionate about uncovering potential guest insights and delivering effective marketing communication campaigns in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will contribute to brand awareness and direct sales through planning and managing communication tactics in a holistic marketing approach, to grow market share and the brand’s reputation. The right candidate must have marketing experience, demonstrate a creative spirit and project a highly organised personality.

Responsibilities
- Translate brand strategies into brand communications actions
- Manage Brand Communications in target markets (PR, media, online awareness campaigns)
- Plan and manage daily (prepare briefs, reports) the PR Network of the brand in key markets
- Manage the execution of marketing campaigns for product line strategy
- Ensure effective output of media paid campaigns
- Measure performance, report on all marketing activations for the brand and assess in comparison to the goals set
- Executions of products and operational in-resort marketing material
- Transforming a technical service or product into a B2C and B2B creative proposal
- Responsible to liaise with internal teams to align with marketing plan and provide marketing operational content (acting as internal marketing agency for other departments)
- Managing creative works, reporting and presentations of creative directions
