Business Analyst (Ref: BA019)
As a Business Analyst the successful candidate will be responsible to ensure all analytical needs and reporting requirements of the business are met. The extended scope of duties includes data processing and reporting always maintaining confidentiality. Effective CRM implementation using the resources provided under the guidelines of the Management team remains an integral part of the role.

Your main accountabilities:
Reporting to the Group S&M Senior Analyst, the incumbent will be:
I. Data processing & Reporting
- Developing, segmenting and curating Sani Resort and Ikos Resorts database
- Periodic reporting on relevant compset and flight prices benchmarking
- Link, refresh, and review reporting templates, including Nationalities/Market Segments, production tables, pace charts etc.
- Ad-hoc data collection and reporting on targeted destinations under development
- Providing up-to-date data Intelligence at S&M disposal i.e. cost/income per room, spent per room, etc.
- Setting up, fine tuning and maximizing the new Business Intelligence tool for the Management’s use
- Curating the S&M part of Entersoft ERP
- Communicating appropriately and effectively key insights and findings to the sales team
- Mapping in detail the product & blueprinting the customer’s journey in order to track commercial opportunities.
II. CRM Management
- Securing the database is cleaned-up and well-maintained meeting the CRM needs
- Supporting the development and expansion of Sani & Ikos Resorts loyalty programmes
- Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM is implemented effectively for all aspects of the company
