Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist

The Olon Hospitality specializing in the luxurious hospitality and development wants to add to its team a Marketing and graphic design specialist.

The new member will have the below responsibilities:

• Producing and editing content like social media posts, videos, e-books, infographics, presentation decks and webinars
• Daily monitoring social media traffic to measure the public's perception of the company's brand
• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
• Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software
•  Coordinating with outsourced marketing agencies, web designers and colleagues, as necessary

The ideal candidate should fulfil the below criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design or related field
• Excellent command in Greek and English language
• Excellent knowledge of design programs such as ADOBE CS PHOTOSHOP/CANVA or any equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of social media and Google Analytics
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Hands on attitude and self-motivated approach
• Previous experience in real estate and construction marketing field would be considered as an advantage
