Recruitment & Training Supervisor

ICAP Outsourcing Solutions is seeking for a recruitment & training Supervisor to join the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and administering training programs
• Identifying training needs and providing recommendations on programs and activities
• Guiding trainers in developing training skills
• Delivering training programs
• Evaluate the candidates throughout the training
• Monthly presentation for Training & Recruitment KPI’s
• Handle end to end process of Mass Recruitment projects
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies
• Attract suitable candidates through databases, online platforms, social media, etc.
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit positions
• Promote company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
• Manage Recruitment & Training team, delegate tasks, set priorities and deadlines
• Provide Recruitment & Training reports to line manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven work experience as a recruitment & training Supervisor or similar role
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Time management skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English language
• Excellent listening skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
