The Danish Customer Service Agent is responsible for making business decisions that deliver superior customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills as you will provide guidance to the Danish speaking clients of one of the largest multinational companies.

If you are a fluent Danish speaker, you would like to experience life living in Athens, Greece, and till then work remotely, then this your future job!
   
Your tasks in this Danish Customer Service Agent - Work from home role will include:
  • Provide a high level of customer service to Danish clients at all times
  • Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through telephone, email and/or online chat
  • Be able to offer recommendations to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
  • Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues

 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

What is required to work as a Danish Customer Service Agent - Work from Home:

  • Excellent command of the Danish language (native or almost native standard)
  • Advance level in English
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • An internet speed minimum of 4.0 Mb/s download and 0,5 Mb/s upload
