Customer Care Specialist with Greek

We are looking for a person who will join Contact Center Team as:

CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST WITH GREEK

• Being responsible for phone and e-mail communication with existing customers from Greek market
• Confirming orders from the customers and upgrade the value of the order
• Cooperating closely with Back Office Team in solving incoming inquires of clients 

• Very good command of Greek (native or near to native)
• EU citizenship or non-work permit requirement is a must
• Ability to communicate in Polish or English
• Experience in a position related to customer service or the sales is always appreciated
