Junior Recruiter

ManpowerGroup on behalf of its client, is seeking a Junior Recruiter, for its premises, in Athens.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate should:

• Coordinate the procedures for finding, selecting & evaluating staff for various positions
• Implement the full cycle of the Human Resources selection process in collaboration with the supervisor of each position (ads, resume screening, interviews with candidates)
• Connect each candidate with the appropriate vacancy, covering the current needs of the company, as well as its customers
• Create a base of evaluated candidates, in order to meet existing and future needs

• Bachelor’s Degree University in Humanities or Social Sciences or Business Administration
• Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management would be an extra qualification
• Working Experience in a familiar role, would be highly appreciated
• Teamwork & collaboration
• Excellent Knowledge of the English Language
• Desired knowledge of the German, either of the Italian or the French Language, would be considered as an asset
• Excellent Knowledge of the MS. Office
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong Organizational Skills and prioritization of the time
