ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a Global Industrial leader, is seeking for an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team.

                                                                                Accounts Payable Supervisor (Ref. 5181/AP/ESS/GR)

Main Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for providing Procure-to-Pay services (Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense) across the business.
  • Leading a large team through the Procure-to-Pay processes, including any technology solutions from a Procure-to-Pay perspective and championing and being actively involved in other Procure-to-Pay process improvement initiatives.
  • Assume responsibility for the quality, service levels and timeliness of the team’s work.
  • Supporting the Purchase Ledger process duties, ensuring Purchase Ledger monthly and year-end closing procedures are completed efficiently, accurately and timely.
  • Reviewing systems, processes and controls to ensure optimum efficiency and security is maintained.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, standards and SLAs.
  • Ensuring Service Level Agreements and KPI’s are managed and adhered to.
  • Develop Purchase Ledger best practice processes, service measures, targets, goals and strategies.
  • Ensuring that all relevant tax and statutory legislation is adhered to.
  • Motivate, develop and coach the team to maximize performance and drive the succession plan.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Accounting, Finance or Business Degree (AEI or ATEI)
  • Minimum of 3 years prior similar job experience at supervisor/senior level with people management experience
  • English fluent; knowledge of French/ German is a plus
  • SAP experience is an asset
  • Strong influencing and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong team mentality
  • Solid time management, planning and organization skills
