As part of its development (800 employees in 2 years!), Webhelp Portugal is looking for a Recruitment Manager.
We recruit about 300 employees per year in Portugal, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands... The recruitment function is strategic for our company!
You lead an (international) team of 4 recruitment officers, and your main challenges are to:
• Develop our sourcing capacity in Portugal and internationally
• Help to make Webhelp a market leader
• Provide for the needs of the recruitment roadmap
• Ensure the recruitment need
Your main missions:
• You are the main contributor of the sourcing policy development, notably by participating in the development of our employer brand on sourced employment pools
• You carry out competitive intelligence and you ensure our employer positioning on the market
• You drive the recruitment roadmap, in direct link with operations and trade
• You define the best sourcing channels according to the types of skills Webhelp is looking for, both in Portugal and internationally
• You will manage the team, develop skills and follow internal career paths
• You ensure the implementation and rendering of recruitment tools
• You manage monitoring indicators from sourcing to hiring
• You optimize the team's organization
• You participate to internal mobility (assesment center...)
