Your main responsibilities
- Cooperate with HR Corporate Team in implementing all set processes of Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Development, Learning & Performance Management, Payroll & Administration and Employee Rewards & Recognition
- Manage a team of HR Generalists, HR Employee Services & Accommodation Officers following a hands on, lead by example approach
- Cooperate with General/Hotel Manager in ensuring adherence to set HR policies & procedures working towards creating an improved working environment for the employees
- Meet local public authorities, and attend necessary meetings when required
- Interview and assess candidates
- Oversee employee attendance and working schedules
- Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues
- Assist and resolve resort staff and management queries
- Coordinate and assist on the implementation of trainings for all resort employees
- Coordinate full onboarding process
- Organize employee records, such as contracts, appraisals, career planning and training files
- Oversee the resort’s Employee Recognition Programs such as Employee of the Month, Guest star Awards and on the spot HR appreciation awards
- Organize staff engagement/competition events/contests
- Assist in the coordination of the staff’s accommodation, catering and transport
- Ensure resort staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations
- Proactively oversee training, recruitment and staff satisfaction issues, reporting them to the Corporate HR team and take immediate necessary actions
