As a Customer Service Officer you will be responsible to:

  • Support customers and deliver the best customer experience in the industry.
  • Respond to calls,emails and online chat requests.
  • Diagnose issues and walk customers through the steps needed to fix various problems.
  • Add new information to the database when and if new problems and fixes arise.
  • Update customers for the latest company's services


Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for this Customer Service Officer position should have:
  • Experience in a customer service or inbound customer service position
  • Good English
  • Outlook/MS Office
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills to understand customer complaints and clearly relay solutions to any problem
  • Data entry and time management skills
  • Team Spirit
