ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, an authorized representative in the automotive sector, is seeking for a dynamic experienced professional to join their team in Cyprus for the position of:

                                                                        Business Unit Manager (Ref: 4817/BUM/ESS/GR)

The Business Unit Manager is responsible for the management, direction and coordination of the Business Unit’s sales and service operations and activities in order to develop and optimize sales, cost controls and other operational and administrative goals and objectives. He/she will also formulate and recommend policies and programs which guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all activities and operations including full P&L responsibility of the Business Unit.
  • Work with principals to agree pricing, product set-up and credit terms and to develop and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Manage the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the dealership and maintain their upkeep.
  • Supervise, motivate and inspire team under their direction and departments to deliver high quality results.
  • Create plans and proposals improve quality and reduce costs.
  • Prepare tenders for clients including government and largescale projects.
  • Manage fulfillment of successful tenders (coordination of suppliers and subcontractors, client relationship management).

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with emphasis in automotive operations or other heavy industry
  • Proven track record in a B2B role essential
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to write reports and prepare tender
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities & solid supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English
