Customer Service Coordinator is a fixed-term position responsible for a variety of duties in the area of customer service, order taking, invoicing, active sales, credit notes and claims management.

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible to:
  • Builds strong collaborative and personalised relationships with customers based on trust to maximize loyalty and customer experience
  • Handle and resolve clients’ incoming queries in timely and friendly manner via telephone and emails
  • Communicate and monitor all processes to ensure high quality and professionalism are maintained
  • Understand products' specifications, sales packages and pricing structures
  • Contact directly with customers and work collaboratively with sales, financial controlling, marketing and supply chain teams to ensure the best customer service is provided in line with the division’s strategy
  • Coordinate information flow between all departments to ensure clients’ satisfaction
  • Identify and escalate situations that require special attention
  • Maintain records in the CRM/SAP system with the highest standard of accuracy at all times
  • Adhere to company's policies and guidelines to guarantee business communication model alignment

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The Customer Service Coordinator we are looking for should have:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support or order taking roles
  • Excellent PC skills & computer literacy
  • Aligning selling skills with the sales process
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP will be an asset)
  • Fluency in English both written and oral
  • Able to coordinate multiple resources and tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deliver outstanding customer care services
  • Trustworthy and respectful with commercial acumen
  • Cross-functional collaboration and multitasking
