Host/HostessJob Purpose:As a Hostess, you will be part of the F&B team. We work every day to improve and learn, while we have committed to continuous training and personal development of each member of the team. As our people are our greatest asset, we’ve got to have strong people who are passionate about what they do.
Position Requirements:- • Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- • Professionally handle any guest request or complaint, always with a pleasant attitude
- • Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential. Knowledge of additional foreign language will be considered as an advantage
- • Excellent Customer Service Skills
- • Excellent communication skills
- • Guest friendly mentality
- • Ability to perform under pressure
- • Computer literacy
- • A strong knowledge of lifestyle and luxury hotel standards
- • Willing to assist in waiting duties as and when required
- • A minimum of 2 years’ experience at a similar position in luxury 4* or 5* hotels or high end restaurants
- • Degree in Hospitality/Tourism will be considered as an advantage
