We are looking for a Head of Billing & Debt Recovery Executive on behalf of our client, a multinational company in the services sector with headquarters in Thessaloniki.
Key accountabilities:

Monitors activities of customers’ billing and of receivables management in order to maximize results

Evaluates proposed practices for debt recovery & supports commercial Manager in the attainment of targets set

Detects & analyzes deviations from predetermined targets
-
Develops relevant reports once requested
-
Co-ordinates & allocates activities for employees of sector in charge

Participates in work groups for initiatives/projects of commercial unit
-
Ensures compliance with company’s internal procedures and with current tax legislation

Co-ordinates law offices specialized in receivables management
-
Co-operates and interacts with accounting unit for the alignment and reconciliation between commercial and accounting data

Interacts with other company units when required for the business area of reference
Education & other qualifications:
-
University degree (AEI/TEI) in Economic field of studies

Master’s level education and/or knowledge of legislative framework for energy sector will be considered asset(s)

Working experience in relevant positions

Hands on experience in team management & coordination of strategic plans

Excellent command of MS-Office applications

Excellent command of the English language

Knowledge of ERP, CRM platforms

Dynamic, self-motivated, detail oriented with a high degree of integrity

Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Clean driving license
Remuneration Package:
The remuneration package depends on the profile of the selected candidate. The company offers a mobile phone, additional personal medical insurance and ticket restaurants. A bonus scheme might be discussed later on.
