MED SEA HEALTH S.A. is looking to recruit for its 5* Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort in Paliouri, Kassandra, Halkidiki for the season of 2020:

Bar Manager

The role

Plan, direct and oversee all bar operations including managing staff, ensuring product and service standards are met and implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create effective schedules and ensure that the bar is adequately staffed during peak hours
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area
• Train staff to provide excellent service
• Resolve guest complaints promptly
• Create new cocktail list
• Cost control & beverage tracking 
• Promote bar sales
• Maintain close and clear communication with the F&B Manager to reach goals

Requirements

• Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated professional eager to learn, develop and be part of a growing team
• Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a high-paced luxury environment
• Relevant experience in a restaurant/bar, ideally within a hotel environment
• Fluency in English (verbal)
• Degree/Diploma in Mixology/Winery would be a plus
• Proven experience of managing a small or bigger team within an F & B environment
