Ariane is the leading online retailer of premium hair products in Greece, with over 4.000 SKUs and over 70 selective brands. Founded in 2010, Ariane is focused on delivering luxury high end hair and beauty products to a rapidly growing Greek audience.
Position Overview:
This new position will build on the growing success of the company’s e-shop and the further development of e-commerce business. Position is full time and will report to the owners of the firm. Workplace is located at the East suburbs of Thessaloniki.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of the online business strategy
- Liaise with technical teams (providers) for the eshop’s functions and specs
- Update content (products, promotions, merchandising and other content managed areas)
- Plan, coordinate and implement SEO/SEM programs, including Adwords and Facebook Ads campaigns
- Own and manage the affiliate programs
- Create and design Newsletters and website banners
- Social media managing
- Plan and implement email marketing strategy
- Monitor and analyze web analytics and other KPIs, recommending actions to improve operations, sales and marketing effectiveness
- Liaise with customer support and logistics functions, to ensure that all online service criteria are met
- Research, collate and analyse information, in order to spot trends and make recommendations to continuously improve the online service
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
