Technical Support Engineer with experience in the IT and Telecommunications field.
Company: A value-added distributor of IP Telecommunications Products, Video Conferencing Systems, Wireless & Wired Networks, Network Security Products as well as Cloud Back Up Software based in Athens. The company represents some of the largest ICT manufacturers, worldwide, offering complete business solutions to the Greek and European market.
ResponsibilitiesYou will:
- Manage Level 2 Reseller's technical requests via telephone and written communication.
- Provide online technical support to our partners.
- Continuously research and monitor industry developments and competition.
- Support all partners in assisting with installation, implementation, and problem resolution when they attempt to perform these tasks.
- Study all new products and participate in training to remain fully informed and responsive.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on time.
- Collaborate with the team to improve support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
