Περιγραφή

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer with experience in the IT and Telecommunications field.

Company: A value-added distributor of IP Telecommunications Products, Video Conferencing Systems, Wireless & Wired Networks, Network Security Products as well as Cloud Back Up Software based in Athens. The company represents some of the largest ICT manufacturers, worldwide, offering complete business solutions to the Greek and European market.

Responsibilities
You will:
  • Manage Level 2 Reseller's technical requests via telephone and written communication.
  • Provide online technical support to our partners.
  • Continuously research and monitor industry developments and competition.
  • Support all partners in assisting with installation, implementation, and problem resolution when they attempt to perform these tasks.
  • Study all new products and participate in training to remain fully informed and responsive.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on time.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Basic Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar technical support role
  • Experience in the installation, configuration, and administration of PBX and VoIP systems
  • Strong background in network, routing, and firewall configuration and administration
  • Proficiency in IP routing and switching technologies and main routing protocols
  • Experience in the operation and management of telephone networks
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently
  • Sharpness and quick understanding of technical issues
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
Good to have
  • Knowledge of Asterisk based IP-PBX systems
  • Familiarity with Alcatel Lucent PBX & Networking
  • Experience in PBX, VoIP, and IP telephony
  • Certifications in telephony systems
  • Experience with additional telecommunication systems and technologies
