Job description
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they have a memorable breakfast / dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs with attentiveness and a personalized approach.
- Take orders accurately, ensuring each guest's unique preferences are met.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Assist with setting up, replenishing, and maintaining the buffet to the resort’s standards.
- Ensure food stations are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure the continuous flow of dishes.
- Assist in keeping the buffet area / restaurant clean and organized.
- Be punctual of attendance to each shift in the proper uniform.
- Completing all established set-up duties on time as well as following buffet area / restaurant opening and closing procedures
Position requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both Greek and English language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork spirit
