We are searching for a Production Manager
to join our motivated team at our plant located in Liti-Thessaloniki
What you will do:
- Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff.
- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance.
- Monitoring progress against the schedule.
- Determine workforce, equipment and raw material needs to cover production demand for the short, medium and long term.
- Manages inventory levels, both raw materials and finished goods to ensure inventory is managed at optimal levels, increasing stock turns.
- Troubleshooting problems that occurs during production time, including staff shortages and machinery malfunctions.
- Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
- Preparing & submitting production status and performance reports.
- Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team.
- Ensuring all safety and health standards are met
