Περιγραφή

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading global contracting company in the construction market, is looking for a Recruitment specialist based in Athens.

The role:
You will be part of an international, high performing Recruitment Team, responsible for diverse recruitment projects across the Group.

Main responsibilities include:
· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process effectively and efficiently as per the Recruitment function’s standards, policies and procedures, while maintaining the highest level of client and candidate satisfaction
· Collaborate closely with the hiring managers / teams to identify the right recruitment need by determining the job requirements and candidate specifications
· Run job interviews using prescribed tools / frameworks, assessing the candidates' knowledge, experience and soft skills and prepare respective assessment reports
· Identify, engage and build a network with active and passive candidates from entry-level to senior-level to cover immediate or future hiring needs
· Maintain and update on a daily basis the online recruitment system / database (i.e. CV, candidate reviews, tagging etc.) and ensure a high degree of data integrity, completeness and accuracy
· Prepare appropriate recruitment reports on a weekly and ad hoc basis to keep track of recruitment progress and metrics
· Position the company as an employer of choice in the global marketplace and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network in–person
· Support a successful, positive, timely and consistent hiring experience across company

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Job requirements:
· 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience within a recruitment company (either an agency or a consultancy)
· Technical recruiting experience with engineering profiles is a strong asset
· BSc degree (ideally in Engineering)
· MSc or equivalent degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business studies etc is strongly preferred
· Familiarity with ATS
· Excellent use of MS Office
· Excellent use of English
· Solution-focused, self-starter and result-driven, resourceful and ownership taker, organized and data driven, team-player, positive attitude and ready to step in, multicultural sensitivity
