Banquet & Corporate Sales Executive

Position Summary
The Banquet & Sales Corporate Executive will have to listen to our clients’ needs, analyze all information, ask follow-up questions and create tailored proposals to meet and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Present the company and make proposals and other external sales presentations to prospective customers to explain, negotiate and promote hotel and banquet sales
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts; be fully aware of new products and competition status; reinforce networking with companies in the industry
• Handle sales in corporate accounts and compose Banquet event proposals; always be in timely contact with clients and partners;
• Consult with all involved parties of sales to establish goals, services required and fee schedules
• Conduct site inspection of the properties with new or existing partners, show rooms, banquet facilities, conference halls and all other hotel facilities
• Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships; maintain and develop good relations with existing partners, agents, companies and regular individual guests
• Implement activities appointed by the Sales Director concerning key accounts; assist the Director of Sales in any other relevant task assigned
• Cooperate with reservations department and e-commerce; coordinate sales operations with other departments; prepare and maintain any required documentation
