On behalf of our client, a Family Restaurant in Corc, Ireland we are looking for waiters with basic bar knowledge to join the team for a permanent placement.

Corc is the second largest city in the Republic of Ireland and third largest city on the island of Ireland. It is located in the Southern Region and in the province of Munster. The restaurant is very well-located, with standard repeater customers.
The ideal colleague, will be a team player, with great communication skills and able to quickly relocate to join the team.

- Maximum of 40 working hours per week.
- Net Salary: 1700€/per month
- Year round occupation.
- 2 days off per week.
- Weekly payment.
- Restaurant Capacity: 97pax, 160-400 covers per day, depending on the season.

- All wages and benefits are included as required by law.

The Role:- Greet customers and hand out menus.
- Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen.
- Make menu recommendations and inform customers of any specials of the day.
- Prepare some basic cocktails from the menu.
- Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.
- Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.
- Prepare the bill for tables when requested.
- Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.
- Administer change to tables if needed.

• Able to speak English language clearly and fluently. A third foreign language will be considered an asset.
• Able to always provide excellent guest services as an ambassador of Greek hospitality.
• Previous knowledge of POS and PDA systems will be considered an asset.

• Flexibility and adaptability in an ever-changing environment.
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
