CRM Project Manager (Ref: CRMPM019)
The successful candidate will design, improve and manage initiatives that reinforce the company’s guest relations, such as websites, apps and call centers. He/she creates customer relationship management campaigns and recommends technical improvements to get a better understanding of each visitor to the website. The CRM Manager collects guests’ data and analyses them to establish an action plan to earn their loyalty and drive additional sales.

Your main accountabilities:
The CRM Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of a new high-profile CRM solution to further enhance our guest service, sales and marketing activities. Reporting to the Group CIO Director, the incumbent will be:
I. Project Management Responsibilities
• Creation and coordination of project documentation and processes, developing and track project action items and issues.
• Development and management of the project plan and objectives, project scope, F&B business objectives, with an overarching focus on guests’ experience.
• Determine project needs and business resources required to execute the CRM project successfully.
• Assignment and management of business resources, managing the development of both human and system capabilities.
• Identification and communication of risks and mitigating actions.
• Regular communication of project progress to sponsor, project teams and Leadership Group
