We are looking for an experienced, driven Construction Coordinator/Designer with a wealth of industry knowledge to ensure success.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable splitting their hours between the office, on-site visits and attending meetings with clients and collaborators.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities will include:
- Developing designs
- Carrying out feasibility assessments and site inspections
- Preparing and implementing project plans, while making sure the projects are running with accordance to all local building regulations and ordinances
- Researching and providing estimates
- Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes and regulatory compliance
- Make recommendations or present alternative solutions to problems
- Project management duties (e.g managing budgets, resources and deadlines, acquiring and compiling quotes etc)
