Customer Service Representatives

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to further grow our Sales team, in our headquarters in Paiania - Attica

Your responsibilities:

• Execute all customer service responsibilities in the assigned geography and accounts, to ensure optimum customer satisfaction
• Enter all sales orders from our Cloud to ERP system and validate the quality and accuracy of data entered
• Work closely with colleagues from other departments to identify the best solution to resolve issues; propose modifications or adjustments and follow through to issue resolution
• Collect all necessary documentation for exports (certifications, pproformas invoice, packing list, etc.)
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to report back the progress and the results of their queries as well as any planned adjustments
• Daily follow up for sales orders workflow and preparation of reporting to Customer Service Manager

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 3 years experience in customer service
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM and ERP Systems
• Fluency in English and working knowledge in Spanish, Italian or German will be considered an asset
• Patience in addressing customer issues
• High adaptability in dynamic working environment & rotating shifts
