ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of its client, a Group of Companies, proven pioneer and leader in the oil products industry is looking to recruit an E-Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of the online marketing efforts as a member of the super dynamic E-Commerce Team.


E-Marketing Executive (Ref. Code 5561/EME/ESS/GR)
Responsibilities:

  • Designs and implements marketing initiatives for E-commerce to achieve awareness of the e-shop & mobile app, increase number of visits and attract new online customers as planned
  • Proposes omnichannel initiatives to senior management to attract offline customer base to e-shop & mobile app platforms
  • Monitors web analytics (KPIs) & keyword analysis to propose on a frequent basis (weekly, monthly) specific ways to increase e-shop traffic
  • Handles marketing content by:
  • identifying new content and product opportunities
  • preparing relevant attractive scripts and relevant presentation of all the products
  • exploring ways to repurpose existing content throughout the site
  • implementing changes to the site's layout and content based on website analytics and usability testing (in cooperation with the IT team)
  • Works on platforms in cooperation with external partners on implementing SEO/SEM strategy, Affiliate marketing, CRM initiatives, Social Media
  • Handles the onboarding of new partners, co-operations
  • Communicates with the Retail Marketing team regarding digital campaign needs
  • Consistently updates broader teams and senior management on the roles and expected outcomes of each marketing channel and how efforts drive new/repeat customers, higher conversion and revenue
  • Handles approved marketing budget to optimize cost per action

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Business Studies
  • At least 2-years’ experience on digital campaigns design for E-commerce (E-commerce company or digital agency having e-shops, as account)
  • Knowledge of performance platforms (SEO, Google ads, YouTube, Facebook, Remarketing)
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and KPIs
  • Proven track record & achievements on Ecommerce and Digital Marketing
  • Strong understanding of business interdependencies
  • Proficient in English
  • IT literacy and excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with AdWords scripts will be an asset
  • Strong team player
  • Adaptability to new technological developments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Creative skills (find interesting ways to present information and to generate new ideas)
